Terms of Sale & Pricing Policy

Prices & Tax Information:

All prices listed on the website are indicated in Euros (€). As a registered micro-enterprise in France, prices are net. Value Added Tax (VAT) is non-applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI).

Product Nature & Print-on-Demand:

Fine art prints are made to order through our professional fine art printing partner (Creativehub / ThePrintSpace). Original artworks are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces shipped directly from the artist.

Payment Methods:

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and express checkout options (Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal) processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Purchasing an artwork or print grants the customer ownership of the physical object. It does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. The artist retains full intellectual property rights over all designs and creations.
