14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer law, buyers located in the EU have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print or artwork arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@annesophielahalle.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at contact@annesophielahalle.com before sending any item back. Items sent back without prior notice will not be accepted and cannot be processed.
